Let's not forget Mayor Snow's contributions to Coulee Dam in deciding the community's future. Much has been accomplished during his time on the council and as mayor. For example, Douglas Park has been renovated, a grant-funded water treatment plant constructed, the park south of Roosevelt Drive built, the Cole Park tennis courts improved, and more.
