It has been my privilege to serve as your District Court judge for the past 25-plus years. I was born and raised in Quincy where I grew up on the family ranch. My father, Dr. LeRoy Whitener, practiced veterinary medicine for over 40 years, with clinics in Quincy and Ephrata.
