    I am the Adopt a Highway (AAH) group leader for Columbia Springs Estates in Lincoln County with our approved pickup area on SR 174, MP 23.38 to 26.00 since 2018. This service volunteer activity is no longer allowed unless I submit a Proclamation 21-14 - COVID-19 Vaccination Declaration form.   • School funding – the right thing to do

    I first met Senator Linda Evans Parlette when she was campaigning for her first term in the House of Representatives in 1996. At the time I was on the local school board and I was able to share with her our unique situation with our school facilities and lack of a property tax base to obtain funding for new school construction.
