I was under the impression that we elected people to office to represent us. Silly me! That certainly isn’t the case in Electric City, where the people have no say in what the city council decides to do. They have proven that time and time again. There was a survey (after the council had already decided to have the pathway) but we haven’t learned the outcome of that – just the council telling us, the people, we’re in favor of the pathway.
