Time for new leadership I read the letter to The Star written by Mayor Snow’s daughter and asked Mr. Wilder if he was going to respond, and he said that he “wasn’t going to argue or debate the issues with a father’s daughter or any other stand-in!” And he asked me, “Where is the mayor himself?
