This is in response to an article by Jess Utz, “Vote: It’s your right and freedom”. I believe either Jess or The Star made a mistake in the article where Jess mentioned Initiative 591. I’m sure Jess meant to say Initiative 594, and not 591. So confusing that even the author can get confused!
