    Grand Coulee Police 1/27 - A resident on Ronald Drive was mailed an infraction notice for noisy dogs because the homeowner was not in. Police had received complaints about the dogs several times. - Police were called to the Grand Coulee Veterinary Clinic, where a loose dog outside was causing problems for people entering or leaving the clinic.
