He was cited for that and for not having an interlock device installed. - An officer saw a man wanted on two warrants and stopped him near Pole Park.     Three Raider boys and four Lady Raiders were named to Central Washington North 2B All-League teams for their play during the 2014-15 season. Chance Garvin was the only Raider named to the first team. Jacob Palmer, Katelynn Schilling, and Jocelyn Moore made second team.     Nicholas Patrick Stanger, 25, of Nespelem, Wash., passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2015. He was born on May 7, 1989, in Spokane, Wash., to Robert L. and Lily C. Stanger. Nicholas lived in Nespelem his whole life. He graduated from Lake Roosevelt High School. He worked for the Mt. Tolman as a senior weed contractor. Nicholas loved helping out others.
