Scott Wagner, who has his own way of getting thrills, will be out in the arena taking the heat off the bull riders May 6 – 7.     Grand Coulee Police 4/2 - A woman who resides on Weil Place was sent a citation after police viewed security footage and determined that she had backed into another vehicle at Coulee Gas and then left the scene. 4/4 - An officer directed traffic while waiting for Grant County PUD to fix a power line after a pole caught fire near Young’s Welding in Electric City. - An officer responded to an apartment complex on Hill Road where a man had staggered out into the roadway and collapsed.   • The Colville Tribes' business arm will open its fifth fuel location in special ceremonies this Friday

    Opening is a new $3.4 million convenience store at Manson, Washington, near the tribes’ Mill Bay Casino. The location is at 455 Wapato Lake Road. Ceremonies begin at 10 a.m., and the facility has been named Colville Fuels Deep Water. The public is invited to attend the ribbon cutting and go through the new facility. “Deep Water has been open since Feb. 22, and is the flagship of Colville Fuels’ locations,” said Nathan Moulton, who handles media information.
