    Grand Coulee 4/8 - An officer responded to an accident near the top of the dam on SR-155. A Subaru Legacy was said in the police report to be driving up the hill when it left the right shoulder of the road, hit the rock wall, and flipped onto the driver’s side.     OLYMPIA - Legislation to make daylight saving time the year-round standard passed the Senate Tuesday evening in a bipartisan 46-2 vote. The bill would put Washington state on Pacific Daylight Time year-round, pending approval of Congress. Senators Liz Lovelette, D-Anacortes, and Tim Sheldon, D- Potlatch, voted in opposition.
