    Three local students graduated in the fall from Washington State University last week as graduates in their respective areas of study, the school announced. Nicole Ashley Cleveland, of Elmer City, earned a bachelor of arts in business administration; Cade Cooper Egbert, of Grand Coulee, earned a bachelor of science in civil engineering; and Jeremy George Hemmer, of Mansfield, earned a bachelor of science in animal sciences.... Full story

    Grand Coulee Police 4/11 - An Electric City man who had run out of gas, and whose car was blocking the entrance to the Department of Transportation yard, asked for a courtesy ride to his home so he could get some gas and get his car moved. The officer gave him an hour to get his car moved or it would be towed. - Police checked on an open door at the Department of Transportation building in Electric City and found an employee inside. - An Electric City resident reported that someone had used his credit card in California on two occasions. -... Full story
