A crane lifts filtration tanks over the wall of the arsenic treatment plant building as Clearwater Construction personnel continue progress on the water treatment facility in Electric City. The crane was scheduled to do the lifting a week earlier but got hung up on an overpass near Spokane and the lifting had to be delayed a week.
