    The 35th annual Western and Native Art Show, sponsored by the Okanogan County Artists, will take place Stampede Weekend, August 13, 14, and 15 from 10 a.m to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Courtyard, 28 N. Main in downtown Omak.     Update: Power was restored at just after 9 a.m. Sunday morning, according to a listing of outages on Inland's website, which cites the origin of the problem as a Bonneville Power Administration/Avista transmission line.
