    Grand Coulee Police 9/25 - A Nespelem woman was cited for failing to stop at intersections and for not having insurance. She told police she was in a hurry to pick up her children. - Plant Protection advised police that there was a van with California plates full of people at the 230Kv switchyard. They were gone when police arrived. Two Coulee Dam residents were advised that they could not fish after hours at west North Dam.
