    The Lady Raiders travelled to Liberty Bell and Pateros last week. In both cases LR came home with a loss. At Liberty Bell Thursday, the Lady Raiders lost in four games to the Mountain Lions. After losing the first game, the Lady Raiders came back and won the second game before losing the next two. Head Coach Nate Piturachsatit was upset with the way the girls played, but he pointed out that they still have a shot at districts if they put their minds to it.     Mistakes on both sides of the ball and penalties helped Manson nab a win over the Raiders last Friday night at Manson High School. Lake Roosevelt fumbled on their opening offensive drive, allowing the Trojans to strike quickly for a touchdown to take the lead 7-0. Austin Rosenbaum, back from the injury list, ran in a QB keeper for LR’s first score of the night to tie it up, 7 all.     Grand Coulee 10/8 - Police were called to the Grand Coulee Dam Middle School after a bomb threat note was found in a student’s book. The writing on the note matched the student’s handwriting. The student wouldn’t admit that he wrote the note. Officials at the school suspended the student for five days. 10/9 - USBR Plant Protection advised police that an employee drove recklessly as he approached the Station 3 guard shack.
