Nespelem School District’s board of directors Monday night heard an appeal by long-time teacher Rudy Christianson, retired, who has objected for a year to the rate he was paid for substitute teaching at the start of the 2014-15 school year, as the district found itself short of several teachers and a superintendent/principal. Grand Coulee Police 11/14 - An Omak driver was stopped when an officer noticed his tail lights were faulty.
