It’s possible that someday the Raiders will be part of a proposed “Columbia River League.” But there’s a long road awinding before that could become possible, Athletic Director Richard Black told the school board Monday night.     Grand Coulee is sporting a sixth-grade girls' basketball team in a Moses Lake league this year, following the change to a new school system that groups grades differently. Grand Coulee Dam School District switched this year from a "middle school" system that included fifth through eighth grades to a "junior high-high school" that starts at seventh grade.     Grand Coulee 11/18 - Someone during the night broke into a shower coin box, took it and also tried to access a second coin box at Coulee Playland. Cameras showed those responsible arrived in a truck and spent about 45 minutes on premises. Damage was estimated at $500. Later, police were told by a man that he had been in the area and had seen two men enter the shower area. He gave police a good description of the vehicle.
