Coulee Dam Police 4/8 - A Tulip Street man reported that his neighbor’s dog, a 90-pound pit bull named Rex, bit his 10-pound Grand Charles dog, J.J., that had been hooked to a cable-run in the backyard. The man yelled at the pit bull, which let go of the smaller dog.
