Fireworks over Grand Coulee Dam will be on Wednesday, July 4, this year, Peggy Nevsimal of the Grand Coulee Dam Area Chamber of Commerce said Tuesday. The chamber board and Nevsimal returned from a retreat at Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, over the weekend and made several decisions that affect activities here during the year.
