A telephone service outage for CenturyLink customers in the Grand Coulee Dam area lasted for several days following a power outage centered in in Ephrata. The national project is to tell the story of the Ice Age Floods, which includes 16,000 square miles in four states and, locally, formed the Grand Coulee.
