Grand Coulee Police 10/26 - A woman reported a man walking outside the senior center with his hands in his pants and exposing himself at one point. Police found the man nearby. Grand Coulee Police 10/4 - Police provided helpful advice to a Grand Coulee woman in retrieving her truck from her ex-boyfriend in Omak. - A vehicle reportedly “clipped” a deer at SR-174 and Spokane Way.
