Shibori is an ancient form of Japanese tie dyeing that creates beautiful patterns with indigo dye. Police disassembled a campsite of a crudely constructed roof of tree branches and a fire pit. Grand Coulee Police 3/8 - Police helped the two vehicle owners at the senior center exchange information after someone backed into a parked car. - A Continental Heights man told police that a woman wasn’t supposed to be at the apartments there.
