    NCW Libraries will reopen libraries throughout Grant, Ferry and Okanogan County on Nov. 2. Customers will be able to browse the shelves, access computer stations, read the newspaper, or pick up a DVD. Several safety measures will be in place. Customers will be required to wear a mask, practice social distancing, and limit their visit to around thirty minutes.     The Lake Roosevelt High School Class of 2021 will host a drive-through Indian taco dinner Oct. 1 from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at the school. A donation of $10 will get you fry bread, chili, toppings, a drink and desert.
