Keys III Pump-Generating Plant public tours would come back on May 28, in time for the Memorial Day weekend. Wheeler Excavation, LLC out of Benton City is the contractor for the project, replacing the main water line, installing a sidewalk and storm drainage, and rebuilding the street.
