    Ron and Bonnie Rinker of Electric City are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary with an anniversary party at Banks Lake Golf and Country Club in Electric City. The event is being planned by their son and daughter-in-law Dale and Lynne Rinker of the Delrio area. Ron and Bonnie (Whitcraft) were united in marriage on Oct. 1, 1952, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.     Navy Seaman Recruit Scott D. Rosco, son of Candi M. and Gary V. Rosco of Electric City, Wash., recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill. During the eight-week program, Rosco completed a variety of training which included classroom study and practical instruction on naval customs, first aid, firefighting, water safety and survival, and shipboard and aircraft safety.     Long-time Coulee Dam residents, L. Kent and Linda Peterson, have received a mission call from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Their service will be for a duration of 18 months at the church headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah. Their primary assignment will be in the language production resources division as interpreter coordinators.
