LR’s team competed at the Central Washington 2B league championship May 11 at Liberty Bell High School with other athletes from Bridgeport, Oroville, Tonasket, Liberty Bell, and Okanogan.     The Lady Raiders defeated their Okanogan rivals tonight at the District 6 championship game on the state top-ranked Lady Bulldogs' home diamond. The Lake Roosevelt girls have a good chance to win the state championship tournament in Yakima May 27-28, where they're likely to face Okanogan for a fourth time this year.     The Lady Raiders finished their regular softball season with a pair of wins, tied for league champion, and will enter the postseason beginning Saturday. LR bested Oroville twice last Saturday in a doubleheader in Grand Coulee.     Raider golfers will compete at a district tournament to qualify for state later this month. On May 3, the Raider golf team competed at the Okanogan Valley Golf Course. “The Raiders competed hard in our final league match of the season,” Head Coach Steve Files said. “Trevan Barnaby shot his low round of the season so far.     The Lake Roosevelt Raiders tennis team continues to stay busy with matches and is wrapping up the regular season this week before playing in league tournaments.
