    Kaleb Horn, a Lake Roosevelt wrestling alum and current St. Cloud State University freshman wrestler, finished third place Jan. 11 at the Ridgewater University Open in Minnesota in the 141-pound class.     The Raiders hosted their annual Powerhouse Tournament in Coulee Dam on Friday, winning the tournament as a team and producing a handful of wrestling champions, champions who also dominated at the Banks Lake Brawl in Coulee City on Saturday.
