Artistic licenses

Deputy clerk Debbie Pifer puts another dog ornament on her tree at Electric City’s city hall.  Each time a resident comes in to purchase a dog license, Pifer makes out an ornament relative to the type of dog it is, and puts it on the tree.  Residents have until Jan. 31, to get their pet licenses.
