Carol Ann Estrada is still wrestling with the disappearance of her daughter, Jamie Breckenridge.
Breckenridge, 42, was reported missing Jan. 8, after she told friends that she planned to go to Snohomish.
Her mother just returned from Snohomish, after going to the area for a family funeral, and talked with people who had seen her daughter, the week before she went missing.
Breckenridge’s car is still in the local area. “She had told me that something was wrong with the starter,” her mother said.
Estrada added, “She used to text message me quite a lot.” No one has heard from Breckenridge since she was last seen Jan. 8, near Four Corners.
“Every once in awhile I get a tip about where she might be and we check it out,” Estrada said. “Nothing has turned up yet.”
“Her brothers are coming over here this weekend in an effort to help find her,” Estrada said.
Anyone with information about Breckenridge is asked to call Grand Coulee Police at 633-1411, or Estrada, 633-8281.
