Stanczak continues to impress

Raider golf travelled April 10 to Sage Hills Golf Club outside of Warden, where they took on the Warden Cougars, Waterville Shockers, and Columbia Basin Phoenix.

Tanecia Stanczak continued to dominate the girls’ game, shooting a 44 over nine holes, a score that puts her near the top of the league for girls golfers.

The Lake Roosevelt boys struggled to get going after the spring break layoff.

"The boys struggled a bit, but maintained a positive attitude." Head Coach Steve Files stated.

In the end, Drew Desautel shot a 47 on the back nine to lead the Raider boys.

Golf returned to action in Bridgeport on Monday against Oroville, Manson, and Waterville again at Lake Woods Golf Course.

Stanczak shot an 89 for the 18-hole course. That 17 over par is about where her score would have been on the 10th had they played 18 holes.

The boys continued to struggle to get back into form as Drew Desautel shot a 104, Brandon Desautel finished the course with a 108, and Austin Rosenbaum shot a 112.
