Mansker chosen for scholarship

Alissa Mansker of Grand Coulee, attending Washington State University, is among 28 students in the state to receive a $2,000 scholarship from the Washington State Employees Credit Union, the group announced last week.

Recipients were chosen based on several criteria including academic record, financial need, community involvement and a written essay.
