Higher power

Linemen for Wilson Construction finish up work Sunday on the project that strung 54 more 500 kilovolt lines across the Columbia River from Grand Coulee Dam’s Third Powerhouse to new towers on the hill above west Coulee Dam. With the east side of the river in the background, a new tower here is seen through the older powerlines and towers farther uphill.
