Downs have a boy

Heather and Eli Downs of Grand Coulee are proud to announce the birth of their son Henry Stewart Downs, born Monday, Dec. 10, 2012, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee. He weighed 6 lbs., 9 oz., and was 20 inches in length at birth.

Siblings include Jimmy, Rosie and Livvy.
