REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The Colville Tribal Federal Corporation is seeking proposals from Colville Tribal Members, for the fabrication and installation of a 3-D steel sculpture of a traditional Kettle Falls fisherman. The fisherman will be installed at the new Tribal Trails – Noisy Waters facilities (Previously known as Barney’s Junction).

The steel fisherman sculpture is to be proportionally 8 ft in height from head to toe. The spear and fish will extend beyond the 8 ft. fisherman. Please include in bid costs associated with attaching sculpture to a base. Additional fishing scenes can be submitted, however, we have limited space on placement and selection.

North Dam Park Maintenance

The Coulee Area Parks and Recreation District (CAPRD) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for Maintenance of North Dam Park during the months of April through October of 2013. A statement of the work required, with accompanying bid documents can be requested in writing to the below listed address, or can be picked up at the Star Newspaper Office and/or the Chamber of Commerce Office in Grand Coulee. The Request for Proposal statement of work and bid documents can also be requested by email to the CAPRD at couleeprd@hotmail.com or downloaded from the CAPRD website at http://www.couleeareaprd.com .

CAPRD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept only such bids as may be to the CAPRD’s best interests.

RCW 11.40.030

The Personal Representative named below has been appointed as Personal Representative of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the Personal Representative or the Personal Representative’s attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the court. The claim must be presented within the later of: (1) Thirty days after the Personal Representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(1)(c); or (2) four months after the date of first publication of the notice. If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both the decedent’s probate and nonprobate assets.
