RCW 11.40.030
The Personal Representative named below has been appointed as Personal Representative of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the Personal Representative or the Personal Representative’s attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the court. The claim must be presented within the later of: (1) Thirty days after the Personal Representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(1)(c); or (2) four months after the date of first publication of the notice. If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both the decedent’s probate and nonprobate assets.

The Colville Tribes Land Use Review Board will be holding a public hearing to make a ruling on the following Land Use Development application for a conditional use:
The Colville Tribes History and Archeology Program has submitted a land use and development permit application for a conditional use to situate a 28’ x 46’ office modular between their existing office and the Repository building. The property is located at 13 Moses Street on the Colville Indian Agency Campus; within Township 30 N, Range 31 E, Section 1 on Tribal Reserve 34 and is within the Colville Indian Reservation and Okanogan County.
BIA Range has submitted a land use and development application for a conditional use permit to construct a hay storage barn, livestock holding area that will include an office space and animal treatment area. The location is east of the Tribal Courts and Police Department at a site commonly known as the Range Impound Corrals within Township 30 N, Range 31 E, Section 1 on Tribal Reserve 34 and is within the Colville Indian Reservation and Okanogan County.
A public hearing for the above mentioned Land Use Development Permit Application will be conducted on Monday March 25, 2013 at the Colville Tribal Credit conference room on the Colville Indian Agency Campus starting at 9:30 a.m. Written comments will be accepted until March 24, 2013 at 4 p.m. or comments can be made verbally at the public hearing.
