James Curtis Waters

James Curtis Waters, 89, passed away Monday, April 1, 2013. He was born December 2, 1924.

A visitation will be held for James Waters from 12:30p.m., to 1:30 p.m., on Saturday, Apr. 6, 2013, at Strate Funeral Chapel of Grand Coulee, Wash., with funeral services to begin afterward at 2 p.m.

Graveside services will immediately follow at Spring Canyon Cemetery in Grand Coulee.
