Obituary
It was a warm sunny morning in the Wenatchee Valley, the pink blossoms of the cherry trees and pink dogwood trees along with the sunshine yellow forsythia with white apple blossoms blooming among the others like bits of cotton on the trees, Mom loved the Wenatchee Valley.
Jean Nicholson passed away peacefully during a day described above. She had been working so hard to come home. Just as the doctor came around the corner, she gave her last breath.
At Jean’s request cremation has taken place. A memorial celebration of her life will take place at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Coulee Dam, Wash., at 1 p.m., on Saturday, April 27, with dinner to follow. Ashes will be interred at Spring Canyon Cemetery later that day.
From Jean
I stopped this day just to say
I love you all each and every day.
Blessings I will send you along the way.
Family and friends wanted me to stay
But I will dance and play with friends from old and yesterday.
My sister has called me home to stay,
With my mother, my father, my sister and my brother with Jack and family I will away.
God bless you all from far away.
Love, Jean
