Lake Roosevelt High School’s class of 2013 went through commencement exercises Saturday afternoon with speeches, songs, awards and scholarship announcements. School board director Ted Piccalo handed 36 diplomas to the smallest graduating class in the school’s history, which nevertheless contributed more than 3,200 hours of volunteer work to the community and amassed some $206,940 in scholarship offers.
