Tristen Holcom and his mother,Tia Holcom, were among those who stopped by Friday afternoon at Spring Canyon to look at the sun through a solar filtered telescope. With the Holcoms is NPS Education Specialist Janice Elvidge. The NPS had two programs at Spring Canyon and a pair of night programs at Crescent Bay. The Holcoms are from Sumner, Wash.
