Proctor takes ninth in PBR

Shane Proctor secured ninth place this week in the Professional Bull Riders’ Built Ford Tough series, scoring 6,981.75 points in 26 of 66 rides in 21 events.

The Grand Coulee native lists PBR winnings at $221,021.03.
