Plugging in for holiday spirit

At each end of a big holiday decoration, city maintenance heads for Electric City (Ken Dexter, right) and Grand Coulee (Dennis Francis) unload one of several big pieces of decorations at the Electric City shop Friday. Not used for years, the colored light adornments will likely need many new bulbs.
