New committees

Coulee Dam’s new mayor, Greg Wilder, reduced council committees from seven to four at last Wednesday night’s meeting.

The new committees, and council members on them are:

- Budget & finance - mayor, town clerk, Ken Miles (chairman), Gayle Swagerty and Bob Poch (alternate).

- General government - Swagerty (chairperson), Duane Johnson and Ben Alling (alternate).

- Public works & utilities - Poch (chairman), Johnson and Miles (alternate).

- Public safety - Johnson (chairman), Alling, and Poch (alternate).

The three other committees from previous years have been folded over into the new committee structure.
