TOWN OF ELMER CITY
NOTICE OF SURPLUS VEHICLE
The Town of Elmer City will sell by sealed bid, to the highest bidder, a 2003 Ford Crown Victoria, deemed to be surplus to the needs to the Town.
Bids must be submitted on a Town supplied bid form and received by the Town Clerk no later than 3:00 p.m. on July 2nd, 2014.
A bidding form and information for bidders may be obtained from the Town Clerk’s Office, 505 Seaton Ave., Elmer City, WA. 99124 during normal business hours.

2014-15 Budget
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Proposed Budget of the Grand Coulee Dam School District #301 will be presented to the Board of Directors for its consideration. A PUBLIC HEARING will be held on June 30, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at the offices of the School District located at 110 Stevens Avenue, Coulee Dam, WA 99116.
The purpose of the public hearing is to allow any person to be heard in favor of or against the proposed budget as it is submitted, or for or against any item or items contained in the proposed budget, and hearing all persons interested in the subject concerning same. A copy of the proposed budget is available at the Office of the Superintendent, 110 Stevens Avenue, Coulee Dam, WA 99116 where it may be inspected by any interested person during regular office hours.

52Eighty Partners, LLC is proposing to construct a 261-foot overall height self-supporting lattice telecommunications structure off of Short Street (near the intersection with Bridgeport Highway), Grand Coulee, Grant County, Washington. The tower is anticipated to have FAA Style E (L-864/L-865/L-810) lighting.
52Eighty Partners, LLC invites comments from any interested party on the impact the proposed undertaking may have on any districts, sites, buildings, structures or objects significant in American history, archaeology, engineering, or culture that are listed or determined eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. Comments pertaining specifically to historic resources may be sent to Environmental Corporation of America, ATTN: Dina Bazzill, 1375 Union Hill Industrial Court, Suite A, Alpharetta, Georgia 30004. Ms. Bazzill can be reached at (770) 667-2040 ext. 111. Comments must be received within 30 days of the date of this notice.
In addition, any interested party may also request further environmental review of the proposed action under the FCC’s National Environmental Policy Act rules, 47 CFR §1.1307, by notifying the FCC of the specific reasons that the action may have a significant impact on the quality of the human environment. This request must only raise environmental concerns and can be filed online using the FCC pleadings system at http://www.fcc.gov or mailed to FCC Requests for Environmental Review, Attn: Ramon Williams, 445 12th Street SW, Washington, DC 20554 within 30 days of the date that notice of this proposed action is published on the FCC’s website.
