The Colville Tribal Court has directed the undersigned Chief of Police, Colville Tribe, to sell the property described below to satisfy a judgment in the above-entitled action:

PUBLIC NOTICE
Verizon Wireless (VZW) is proposing to construct (2) new towers on the Colville Tribe Reservation. VZW is working with the Tribe to construct a shared tower on Bunker Hill, located at coordinates: 48.174234N, 118.942800W and another at: 47.960644N, 118.963403W. In order to better inform the public of the new telecommunication towers, VZW will perform balloon tests at each location, as part of the Colville Tribal Code, Chapter 4-22 Wireless Telecommunications Facilities. The balloon tests will take place on Saturday, 07/12 between the hours of 7am-4pm. The balloons will fly for (4) consecutive hours and will represent the new proposed towers, as best as possible. In the case of poor visibility, VZW will retest on Monday, 07/14. Please contact Verizon Wireless’ authorized real estate representative, Melissa Helland, at 425-308-8710 or the Colville Confederated Tribe Planning Department, with any questions with the projects.
