Youth camp planned at LRHS

The first Raider Nation Youth basketball camp will be held at the Lake Roosevelt High School gym, July 7-10.

The camp will be run by Raider boys’ head basketball Coach Matt Simpson and his assistants.

The basketball camp will be for third to eighth grade boys and girls.

Simpson said grades 3-5 will meet at the gym from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. daily. Grades 6-8 will meet from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.

Youth must submit permission documents either before the clinic begins or the day they arrive. Cost per youth is $15.

Simpson said Nespelem, the middle school, Center Elementary, Keller, Wilbur, Coulee City and Bridgeport schools will all have forms and are invited to attend the clinic.
