Nearly ready

The Grand Coulee Dam School District's new school complex in Coulee Dam stands close to completion Tuesday morning. The K-12 school is on schedule for its mid-September opening.

Said one construction worker as he passed by a photographer taking pictures of the progress: "Taking pictures of the beautiful new school? You should. We're changing lives here."
