It's a boy for Louie/Mills

Amanda Louie and Alexander Mills III of Omak are proud to announce the birth of their son Alexander James Mills IV, on Sunday, Aug. 10, 2014, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee. He weighed 8 lbs., 3 oz., and was 20.5 inches in length at birth.
