SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE PASSED

Of the City of Grand Coulee, Washington

On the 2nd day of September, 2014, the City Council of the City of Grand Coulee passed the following Ordinance. A summary of the content of said ordinance, consisting of the title, provides as follows:

ORDINANCE NO. 1018

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRAND COULEE WASHINGTON APPROVING TRANSFER OF CONTROL OF THE FRANCHISEE (FALCON VIDEO COMMUNICATIONS, L.P., LOCALLY KNOW AS CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS, INC) TO COMCAST CORPORATION WITH CONDITIONS AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

2014 Surplus Sale Procedure

Information for Bidders

Inspection of items offered for bids available from Thursday September 11, 2014 through 5:00 p.m. Thursday, September 18, 2014 at Grand Coulee City Hall, 306 Midway Avenue.

Minimum bid is as follows:

$1000.00 for the 1977 Ford F900 Pumper Truck with approximately 6853 miles, 708.6 hours on the meter.

Vehicle is being sold AS IS with no warranty expressed or implied.

Sealed bids will be accepted at 306 Midway Avenue, PO Box 180, Grand Coulee WA 99133 until 12:00 noon, Friday, September 19, 2014. Faxed bids are not accepted. Please mark outside of envelope “Surplus Property Disposal Bid”.

The bid opening will be held on September 19, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. at Grand Coulee City Hall. Bids will be compiled and successful bidder notified via telephone that afternoon.

Any and all extenuating costs, including but not limited to taxes, licensing, title transfer, and/or fees, will be borne by the purchaser.

Payment for all items must be received by September 23, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. The purchase price is payable in cash or certified check only.

All items must be removed from city premises immediately upon payment.

If payment has not been received by the time specified, the truck will be offered to the next highest bidder, with payment and removal to be completed by Wednesday, September 25, 2014, 5:00 p.m.

All sales final.
