On the 16th day of September, 2014, the City Council of the City of Grand Coulee, Washington, passed Ordinance No. 1020. This Ordinance will be effective the 30th day of September, 2014. A summary of the content of said Ordinance, consisting of the title, provides as follows:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRAND COULEE, WASHINGTON, AMENDING SECTION 2.04.010 OF THE GRAND COULEE MUNICIPAL CODE; AMENDING PROVISIONS RELATED TO MEETING TIMES OF THE CITY COUNCIL; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND SETTING AN EFFECITVE DATE.

PROPOSED 2015 BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING

A copy of the 2015 Preliminary Budget for the City of Grand Coulee will be available to the public on November 10, 2014, at the City Clerk’s office, 306 Midway Ave., P.O. Box 180, Grand Coulee, WA 99133. Upon request to the Clerk’s Office, a copy will be mailed.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2015 Budget Public Hearing will be held by the GRAND COULEE CITY COUNCIL, in the council chambers, 306 Midway Avenue, on November 18, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide both written and oral comments on the 2015 budget at said public hearing. The council chamber is handicap accessible. Arrangements to reasonably accommodate the needs of special classes of citizens, including handicap accessibility or interpreter, will be made upon receiving seventy-two (72) hour advance notice. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Preliminary Budget Hearing will be held on November 11th, 2014, after the regular city council meeting held at 6:00 p.m. and a Final Budget Hearing will be held on December 9, 2014, after the regular city council meeting held at 6:00 p.m. located at the Electric City Hall at 10 Western Ave, Electric City. This hearing may be continued from day-to-day until December 31, 2014. Notice of Public Budget Hearing of Public Hospital District No. 6,

Douglas, Grant, Lincoln, & Okanogan Counties, Washington

Public Hospital District No. 6, Douglas, Grant, Lincoln and Okanogan Counties, Washington; which operates Coulee Medical Center and Coulee City Clinic, will conduct a public hearing on the proposed 2015 budget for the aforementioned facilities. The hearing, open to the public, is Monday, November 10, 2014 at 6:00pm in the CMC Education Conference Room, 411 Fortuyn Road, Grand Coulee, Washington. A summary of the proposed budget is available in advance for interested parties and may be obtained for review by contacting the Chief Financial Officer at Coulee Medical Center. The regularly scheduled Board of Commissioners will follow the budget hearing at 7:00pm.
