It's a girl for Silva/Carson

Katy Silva and Randy Carson of Electric City are proud to announce the birth of their daughter Willow Dawn Carson on Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2014, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee. She weighed 5 lbs., 7 oz., and was 17-1/2 inches in length at birth.

Siblings include Talon, Kosumi and Malila. Maternal grandmother is Deorah Fugett. Paternal grandparents are Clara and Ronald Carson.
